Casa Córdoba’s Chefs, Cole Brisco & Erik Zeda, trained under the tutelage of Chef Mike Brown, previously of Patina, Wolfgang Puck and the Consilient Restaurant Group. They also opened a Mexican fine dining concept with Chef Brown which was a front-runner for “Best New Restaurant” per the Dallas Morning News.
